I brought them a 500 dollar car for a 100 dollar detail and it left looking like a 2k car inside. Night and day difference, completely impressed with their work. I will be bringing everyone of my vehicles and recommending them to everyone of my friends for any car cleaning needs. Thanks again guys

I started going to Gleam this summer and had wonderful experiences! Very thorough, detail oriented interior cleaning service for a great price. They recently had to increase their prices after doing an audit of the competition and their value, which I can totally respect. However, since the price increase the quality has decreased significantly. The service is rushed and large portions of my car interior are overlooked and still visibly dusty. Even entering the automated tunnel my car does not get sprayed down as it used to, leading to some minor scratches from caked on residue. I can't justify spending $50+ for mediocre results.

I've been coming to this car wash since they opened. It's convenient to drive through quickly, especially during the cold season. I was surprised when I stopped in recently to see they've increased their car wash prices by 30%. Raising your prices during a pandemic doesn't seem like a wise business decision. Unfortunately, I'll be forced to look for better value elsewhere.

I stopped by Gleam to have some scratches on my car evaluated for an Exterior Detail. I was unsure if a Detail could fix the scratches or if I needed actual body repair from a shop. Pat, I believe he is the Manager, checked right then and there to see how confident he felt in their service getting the scratches out. Sounded like it was a Go. Ease of booking online was great. Multiple email reminders. Dropped my car off at 0855 for a 0900 appointment, and there was quite a bit of confusion with that. Nobody available to direct me or answer questions on where to leave the car. They asked me to come back at 0900 (in 5 minutes? ha!). I parked it and left the keys at 0855. I had a ride waiting for me. After some confusion again with which service my car was getting, I ended up getting additional services they provided by mistake for free, so excellent customer service. The detail itself was great and I'm very happy with the scratches they were able to take care of. Thanks Gleam!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the aesthetic is so cute and comfortable and enjoyable to be in when you’re waiting, and they did an UNBELIEVABLE job cleaning my seats!!nnI’m editing this because I just had my front seats shampooed and I am BLOWN AWAY! My seats looked horrible and now my car looks brand new, I’m seriously so amazed. Not to mention the exceptional and friendly customer service. I can’t say enough good things! I wish I could keep raving.
