My husband and I have been going to Bucky’s for about a year now. There is usually no wait time. The staff is kind and professional always. They have great options for monthly or yearly memberships or if you just want to come in. Always clean and tons of vacuums. When calling management for assistance Laura always calls back right away and is very helpful. Unfortuanely, were not on this side of town anymore but will try to go to Bucky’s when we’re close by.
Five stars because they're such a friendly staff. One guy I'm unsure of his name he has blonde hair in a ponytail I always see him going above and beyond! He definitely deserves a raise! Always smiling and making sure the customer's are taken care of to the best of his ability. I wouldn't go anywhere else. ud83eudd29
Decent price for a basic car wash. Had some dried sap that didn’t come off. Totally understandable. The heat of the water from the car wash loosened it and I was able to scrape it off myself.
My car had gotten pretty dirty from the fires. This was a quick alternative to Octopus for washing off the outside. Going to use them when I don't need the full cleaning. $7.00 easier on the pocketbook. Yes my car, white, got clean. There was a couple small pitch spots neither service would have gotten that i removed myself with a cloth.
We had some problems with bugs/grime not coming off of our car after a couple trips through the wash. Laura was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy, and our car was fully cleaned. Thank you very much for your courteous and professional service.
