So here's another place that cuts out the condiments. You don't give soup without a spoon or a steak without a knife, so why give pancakes without syrup? Wait, one more.... Why a complete to go order with no utensils?! I can't even dip my pancakes if i wanted to! It's beyond me. Just dropped several hundred in here... You think they could hire people capable of using their head. Even just a little. Other than that it's a nice place if you catch it at the right time. Otherwise just hand your money over at the door. I guess it's my fault for having faith in someone assuming, rather than checking to make sure everything was there
Love Grand Z Casino! The people who work here are always super nice and willing to help in anyway they can. I love the vibe in this casino, you can't go wrong visiting this place. And the rooms at the hotel are awesome! This casino & hotel is one you don't want to miss if your in this area.
Ive played here a bunch and no room comps? I won the first time I played there but since then I'm 2 for 50 winning during the days I've played. I'd recommend hitting the slots in the evening. When tables are open I like playing there.
Did not hit on ANY machine, and there was nothing to drink the WHOLE time!! Will not be back!! F-
