after waiting 10 days after scheduling plumber, led us to believe all day that someone was coming. no calls to confirm or let me know when....I called them three times. then finally, when we knew no one was coming, the guy who answered phone all day said to re-schedule....not first thing in morning. Could care less!!! There are plenty of Pros with good attitudes out there! this one is not!!!!

So after exhaustive research and multiple bids, we decided to go with Johnny's. They did not disappoint. Their team was quick, professional and competitively priced. We had our water heater swapped out for right at $1000. Which was under the original bid and what we were expecting our bill to be. Thank you for the great work and the hot water. My family appreciates your hard work!

Scheduled a appointment early in the day on my day off, never showed up. Called, no one answered left a message. No one ever called back. Finally got ahold of someone they said the plummer is in Westcliff I'll call you back and see whats going on. No one ever called back. Wasted my day off waiting for them.
