We spent a lot of time doing our due diligence on a property (including remodel estimates, CAD work). We found out late in this process that there was a national-chain who had expressed interest in the space prior to us, but were dragging their feet. The national chain ended up leasing the space and we never heard from the Cantu again. No follow ups. No attempt to help us find an alternate location. No call or email to even let us know that we didn't get the lease. I only know the national chain got the space because I drove by a month later and saw the signs. We feel we were used as a bargaining chip. It was an enormous waste of time.nnI would not use or do business with Cantu in the future based on this experience.

If you decide to go with Dan Cantu company I recommend to check out others in area. You cannot trust Dan or Justin, they have a history of misrepresenting information to customers. Always read your docs carefully, sometimes they don't have you sign the proper paper work for an offer and many more. Hope this help!
