Reserving online was really easy. Aliesha sent me her requests and responded promptly. Brian was great at showing me everything I needed to know about the RV so that I felt confident heading out as a first-time RV driver. Our weekend at Watershed was great, and everything worked perfectly.

I rented an RV from these guys (August of this year) and during the walk thru we discovered the water smelled like rotten eggs. The guy told me to add sole bleach to the water after I had it flushed. We showed up to Watershed and did what he told us to do. The water smelled so bad we were unable to use any water in the RV. The trailer also had an AC unit. They said it needed a 4500k(ish) generator to run the AC. I brought 2 5500k generators. Neither would run it and the guy I did the walk thru with said he didn’t have a generator that could run the AC ok hand. (Hence why I brought two of mine. One was a backup). I called immediately when we arrived and complained the water smelled bad and the AC would not turn on. They said they would take care of it and the same guy I spoke to when picking up the trailer said to dump the water and add bleach (second time he said to do this) for 4 days we could not use AC and our neighbors complained about our water smelling bad. When we returned the RV they basically said too bad so sad. Asked us to produce a receipt for water dump and refill. (You have to pay cash to honey bucket since there is little cell service or internet) since we could not do so we were out of luck. No water and no AC. Also no compensation from Eastside. If I could take a picture of the smell this unit produced you would be puking like our neighbors now. Even from a simple toilet flush. USE CAUTION! Will never rent or recommend again. This is the only review I have ever written for poor products/service.

Eastside was very easy to work with. They let us switch RVs at the last minute to one that was a better size for us. Only complaint was lack of sterilization of fresh water tank and broken emergency trailer brake. The brake is explained by the last minute switch, but not the tank. Luckily, I had time to sterilize tank at home after pickup. Otherwise, the trailers are emaculate. Scheduled pickup times were easy. Contract process was online and much easier than previous rentals we've used. Good experience all around. Would definitely go with Eastside again.
