We had been having trouble hearing back from one of A-1's competitors who we had used in the past for our back flow test. I was nervous that we might miss the deadline and called A-1 instead. Nena responded to me immediately, sent a confirmation email of our status, and gave us 24 hour notice of when they would arrive at our office building for the test. We were very pleased with their services!

I used A-1 to do back flow testing for our Dental office. I confused myself during the dispatch process, however I was impressed on how quickly and efficiently A-1 got to our business. We were scheduled with another company (who we have worked with for years) and they put us on the back burner with rescheduling our testing date. A-1 got to us within 2 business days! WAY TO GO TEAM! Needless to say, they will now be our go-to team. Thank you for taking care of us!
