My hot water heater went out. I called Parkey's. The office staff was extremely helpful. The technician called me between jobs to find out my details. He also stopped by in between jobs to verify the size of my hot water heater & to shut it off! It was replaced the same day. The professionalism & communication of both the office staff & the technician were excellent. I'll definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
Rick was on time (even early for the diagnostic visit!) Took the time to explain the issue and how to get it resolved. We have ordered an updated thermostat which was expensive but will be well worth it. Plus we will be able to control from our phones. Much appreciated, Rick!
Parkey's has always been responsive. Technician was early and diagnosed the water heater issue rapidly. He provided several options for how to resolve the issue allowing us plenty of time to determine which choice we wanted to use without pressure one way or another.nnWill definitely use Parkey's again.

When they could not meet the needed emergency timing that we requested, they were asked if they could possibly recommend another company...their response was call the BBB...thanks. Sorry, no voice mails and nothing kind at all about your response. By the way, any senior who needs much faster help, please call the emergency Colorado Springs Utilities, kinder, faster and absolutely no cost.
