We came home on a Friday night to find this leaking pipe to our ground floor bathtub. Our house is very old and has no water cutoffs, I had to turn off the main and I thought we'd be without water until at least mid-next week. What a pleasant surprise when I called Blue Frog they sent out a plumber on a Saturday! Roger was polite and thoroughly explained everything he needed to do and why he needed to do it - that was very important to me. Price was totally reasonable, I am very happy with the services of this company. When my next pipe has issues I'm definitely calling these guys.

Had Ricky come over he was professional, on time performed fast work identifying and fixing the problem. Price was right. Great work! i will use this company in the future if needed thank you guys for the help

The response time was right on. The issue we had though was a leak in the crawl space. The technician said there was not a leak, I don’t think he even went in to look. Had another plumber come out and sure enough there was a leak. I also spoke with the supervisor about getting the technician to write up his observations and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional response in my opinion. I used them once before with no issues, but this experience has left me with the mindset that I would not refer them to anyone

Kevin came out in less than an hour after calling for service. We had a pipe leaking and he found where it was leaking shut off the valve to the ice maker. He did not charge a fee for coming out and looking at it. He found a toilet had a slow run also and fixed that. Very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful Blue Frog is. The customer service is amazing, too (Susan Ray is the BEST)! Our technician was Rob - he was punctual and 100% an expert at what he does. I highly recommend this company and specifically Rob!!
