There were four ladies working here at one time. When I ordered, one of them said “hey, want to make the salad?” to the other employee and they answered “ugh, not really.” and just stood there. Finally one of them started on my order while the other 3 ladies stood around doing absolutely nothing. I then realize that almost EVERYTHING goes in the microwave, eww.
Here's the thing. Everything is not always perfect...that's just life. BUT...when things go sideways, what makes a company stand out - and DESERVE 5 stars...is when they go above and beyond to make it right!!! I'll spare the details of what went wrong - because at this point, it is COMPLETELY irrelevant. What went right....is that this store stepped up and went way out of their way to make things right...and with that, I will absolutely, undoubtedly continue going to this location. That is customer care and customer service at its finest. I wish more stars were an option.
As a previous post stated, I don’t feel the need to specify what happened, all I know is the Manager on staff dealt with the situation in complete support of the customer. Utilized this location as an out of town guest to the area and would recommend. Incredible management.
Delicious ham and turkey, and excellent staff behind the counter during very busy holiday hours.
Disappointed because management didn't plan accordingly and they ran out of turkey. You figure at least 2-3 times a year they would prepare for an onslaught. Otherwise they are ok
