Ordered a Tuna Foot Long on the App went to pick up my order and they said they ran out of Tuna I don’t eat meat and don’t want veggies on bread so therefore there’s No options for me I asked for a Refund and the worker says he doesn’t know how to do that and only his manager does and of course the manager is off I’m in a hurry the reason why i ordered ahead of time on the App so I don’t have time to wait for the manager to be called so I left I’m just going to dispute the charge!! Sign on the building says under new management well new management you’re failing!!

Went there today for lunch. We were given frozen flat bread that was put in the toaster. Half the bread was then crunchy and other half raw. Missed my two cheeses didnt cut the sandwich and wont answer their phone. I really wish I could speak to a manager there.

I was craving a big ole veggie sub, it was on point. It also helps that the guy that made my sandwich was fine. 5 stars for sandwich and 5 stars for the handsome employee.

The employees are always nice and friendly. Now when I order online 8 out of10 times my order is wrong. Today I ordered 3 footlongs on italian bread, what I received were 3 footlongs on cheese and herb bread which were hard and crunchy. When I called the location(3 x) to let them know about my order no one answered. I'll stick with walk-in orders only at this location.
