This is a standard taco bell. It could have been a bit faster since it was longer than I was hoping to wait for fast food. There wasnt much of a line either. Otherwise I got exactly what I ordered including customized items from the mobile order.

This time I went I saw many employees wearing masks under their noses which is disappointing because every time I've been this summer they've been wearing their masks correctly.

Don’t order online it is stupid if they are out of stock with what you wanted. I ordered the pineapple freeze whip and I got there and they were out of them. That is completely fine and I understand. I ask for a refund and the lady said it is impossible to get a refund from the store you will have to call the online site. Well they don’t have a number, but I did send in the email that was the only way to contact them. It has been a few days with no response so it hasn’t gone very well.

I ordered through grub hub and when my food arrived, I didnt get our drinks. I tried 6 times to call this location to find out if it got missed when filling the order, or if the grub hub driver may have been to blame. Since this location didn't answer their phone at all, they get the bad review too.

Cashier (young female) was rude and unprofessional. There was no sign that stated “4 people at a time in the lobby.” Mind you, she told me that very rudely. As soon as there were 2 people left, I ordered my food. NOW there are 7 people in the lobby as I already placed my order. She did not tell any of them that there could only be 4 people. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
