Here at 1830 on 10/23. The young man behind the counter is FANTASTIC. However, every time I come in this location there is one person working which, is not great customer service. There are currently 12 people in line, and this young man is still keeping a smile on his face and working as hard as he can to help them all. Do better on staffing Powers and Constitution Subway (and give him a raise)!! Coulda had 5 stars if your store was better staffed.

I came into this Subway tonight. I believe the gal who helped me was named Kema. She went above and beyond and provided phenomenal service! I will for sure be a returning customer due to this experience. My wrap is delicious and she was so nice!

Best subway experience I've ever had. Jonathan helped my wife and I and this guy is awesome. This is the only subway I'll be going to from now on.

The employees are very polite and keep the store very clean and you can see that the food is fresh.
