Awesome staff... Always feel welcome.... they are great ... I always receive compliments on how good my vehicle looked beige that my vehicle is almost 7 years old...you have to try them... you won't regret it

The wash was pretty good but didn't have a lot of spots to park to clean out your car. The wash had pretty colored soaps ud83euddfc that made the wash enjoyable.

We've been using the quick quack on Austin Bluffs and like it very much. I decided to use the one on Marksheffle and regret that choice. As you pull away from the window, the lane jogs to the right. There is a large steel pole that if you don't navigate correctly, you will hit. I now have a big dent just behind my rear door. I would recommend being very careful not to hit that pole or the curb on the other side. Perhaps Quick quack could wrap the pole in foam ( like a pool noodle) to minimize damage if one were to hit it.

Extremely poor customer service at the American Fork location on State Street this afternoon. The person who was supposed to guide me in stood there talking to a coworker for a good 30 seconds before she looked up to do her her job, then acted put out that I was waiting. She didn’t guide me into the tracks correctly so my car started sliding backwards, then roughly pulled onto the track. Not sure if it was an issue with the equipment, but the green light at the end didn’t come on to let me know to go into gear to leave, either. There is definitely need for better training at this location.

I always have a pleasant experience at Quick Quack. I have had an unlimited membership for a while now and I find it comes in handy with the weather out here in CO. During rain/snow I wash my car pretty often. They even offer complimentary dash wipes and free vacuums!nnLost a star because of poor handling of billing. I was charged multiple times for one month and it took months to get sorted out. Then had another billing issue a month later. This would be an issue with the phone and online customer service, not this location specifically nor management at this location.
