Food was good and it was done on time but the staff member that I dealt with was a real piece of work. I placed a mobile order and when I got there, it was sitting there ready but I still needed my cup. I stood there for a couple of minutes waiting. I know that she saw me. When she finally decided to deal with me, I told her that I was therento pick up my mobile order but needed my cup.nnShe proceeded to get me my cup and shoved it at me. I wasn’t rude or impatient and merely asked for the cup that I already paid for. Then again, I do have to give the benefit of the doubt due to the area that this location is in and the demographics. I have to be fair. I’m willing to bet that most of the staff live close and demographically speaking, this doesn’t bode well for the service at businesses in general. The quality of service at an establishment seems to usually reflect the quality of the surrounding area. I suppose lowest common denominator neighborhood equals lowest common denominator service in many cases.

We come here for lunch sometimes. They're pretty busy as they got a lot of lunch time business from the near by VA and hospitals, but I've always had good customer service here and they get your food out pretty quick despite the rush. They give a 1st Responder discount which is really cool that they support medical staff. I've never had a mix up with my order and my food is always cooked/prepared appropriately.

Made my order around 5 pm today. I don’t know how I got pasta Alfredo instead of pasta Fresca the chicken wast grilled or warm. I had to throw my food away.
