Went with a coworker and ordered a big amount of subs. They courteous and were amazing. A customer was in line without a mask he asked the customer he needed to wear his mask. The customer pulled it below his nose. He said please pull it up over your nose. Thank you. Very impressed with the two staff members.
I never went to Subway
Twice in the last 2 weeks my order was messed up. How do you not put in the bacon on a turkey breast with BACON. Even advised that it would be an extra charge. The last sandwich was missing the bacon but got cucumbers that weren't asked for. Went in to place my order this time and saw the bacon put in the microwave. Guess that's where it stayed. The lady tried putting spinach in my sandwich, didnt ask for it. Dont appreciate paing for something and not getting it.
The person at the register wasn't wearing a mask, one person making sandwiches had the mask only over his mouth. Don't recommend this place until they learn a few things. I'd get fired for doing that at my work.
