Food is good. Just be sure to triple their estimated ready time if you order online. Order placed online at 10:50 am. Confirmation email said ready at 11am. Arrived at restaurant at 11:05am with only two other customers waiting for their food. My order was placed on the pick up table at 11:30 am

Thai soup was good. Gluten sensitive Mac and cheese was mediocre at best. Was a bit annoying that it took a half hour to get my food. Everyone at my table finished eating before I even got my meal. I also watched a dozen meals go out that were ordered after mine.

Would be awesome if your cooks would actually wear the masks while working instead of hanging them off their face...you are serving food in a pandemic! Do your part!

I got rotten meat in my steak stroganoff. Their faulty machine could not take my payment despite it advertising taking Apple Pay both on the door and on the machine. The manager even said it was my device’s fault and said he couldn’t give me my food if they couldn’t process the transaction. There was no mistake on my end. There was money in my card and I attempted it multiple times. I also used that same card in the TMobile next door 5 minutes before coming here. After 10 mins of struggling with their machines, I was able to pay. I got home and my Korean meatballs were drowned in salt and my steak stroganoff smelled rancid and was inedible. I have tried both things before and like them. All that being said, one of the managers named Karen was really nice and replaced my stroganoff with mac and cheese.

20 minute wait for a bowl of chicken noodle soup. No thanks...first and last time I will be coming to this place. Ordered in the store and they are making all of the online orders. Crazy.
