The Burger I ordered on Sunday was off the Chain. It was so good, I have to leave an awesome review. The service was by far amazing and the gentleman who brought are drinks and appetizers was so funny that i have to give him a thumbs up. Great work all around!!

The food was great, as always. But some of their staff seemed under-trained and the atmosphere was pretty hectic for an afternoon that didn't appear very busy. The staff were very friendly and kept checking up on us, just seems like they need a better plan of action. One of our party ordered his entree and they brought him out 2 plates with the same meal on each. A little too much confusion for some reason.

Erica the bartender/ waitress is awesome. We've had her a couple times now and makes the experience awesome. Highly recommend having her!!!

Can't get over their bottomless sweet potato fries ud83dude29 also, the bonsai burger is a 10/10 would consume again. They're doing pretty good at anti-covid measures, although since they have about 1/2 seating if you're a party over 4 you might have to wait a bit. Also, typical Red Robin pretty expensive, but that's to be expected. It's worth the splurge!

As someone who waited tables at Red Robin for 5 years, I know how things are supposed to work. We ordered pick up and apparently no one checked our order before giving it to us. We had an extra burger that belonged to the poor gentleman before me. They switched the labels on my husband's and daughter's burgers and my California chicken burger had pink in it. I can only assume that they had a bunch of new cooks in the kitchen. This was the opposite of the unbridled acts and giving the guest the gift of time that had been drilled into me the 5 years I spent at red robin. The food was good but the carelessness of how our meal was packed was disappointing. I know the crew can do better than that.
