Jen did a great job with my beard trim and haircut. She gratefully did my hair while my wife was under the dryer. My wife loves her hair too!

Following the pandemic, another salon butchered my hair. Jenna Lee, who didn't even know me, squeezed me into her salon at Flip Hair Co the very next day, at a very busy time and made lemonade out of lemons. Not only that, she welcomed me with open arms, treated me as though I'd been a forever client, and never acted as though it was an inconvenience in the least to accommodate me during crunch time. I had some social engagements and was a bit frantic over my butchered hair and having Jenna Lee not only fit me in and fix the damage, but treat me so kindly, was amazing Not only that, but the BEST part is that I LOVE my new haircut. Jenna Lee wasn't left with a lot to work with and I am just amazed with what she did with what she had. I absolutely love it. Kait, who answered the phone and spoke with Jenna Lee when I called, also went out of her way to help a frantic stranger. We won't be strangers any longer! It shows you the type of people who work in this salon. Highly highly recommend this place.

Kait is absolutely AMAZEBALLS!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about hair, treatments, products, and techniques. She made awesome recommendations without trying to sell me the store, which I greatly appreciate. Kait always talks about the hair gods, but she IS a hair god ud83dude4fud83cudffc She saved my hair even when we thought it was beyond repair and is always joyful to be around and talk during all of my appointments! Her work is incredible and she is always about maintaining the integrity of your hair. She’s honest and straight forward, I don’t think there’s much more you can ask for in a hair stylist!
