Oasis Hair

We have always had good service. Today we made three appointments with 2 with Nikki and she was over half an hour late showing up. We of course left before she got there due to her coworker and supervisor being unable to reach her. Her co-worker was very helpful and tried hard to accomedate us, we unfortunately had other places to be and things to do. We will go back but not to see Nikki.

This was our first visit to this Oasis. My son and I were greeted when we walked in. We made an appointment and Stephanie was on time getting to my son.nShe did a great detailed job on my 13 yr olds hair.She also makes blow up balloons for the little ones! I will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you Stephanie! My son loved his haircut!n( Thank God! Because he's picky ud83eudd23)

My hair had been ruined by going to a local school. Jennifer, with the pink hair, fixed it. It looked so natural with the blending she did to match my going grey, turning the grey to blonde instead. My 27 year old turned me on to them, so great for guys too! We should have taken before and after pictures.

I have been to several different Oasis Hair salons. This is by far my favorite. My 9 yr old daughter has EXTREMELY thick hair. It is difficult to take care of. We go to Nikki at this salon and that woman KNOWS her trade! I LOVE her. She is very good with my girl and even better with her hair. Every 4 weeks we go in for a wash, cut, and thinning.

I used to come to this Oasis for my haircuts regularly, but not anymore. They play games with scheduling and don't mind if it affects their customers. I've walked in and been turned away due to a lack of openings, which I understand. I didn't make an appointment and schedules get tight, I said alright I'll make an appointment for another day. I made that appointment today. Checked online, saw plenty of openings, and gave them a call. They said I can have the 12:15 appointment, I agreed. After sitting there for 10 minutes past my appointment scheduled time, they had instead served someone else who walked in (a week after I was turned away for the same thing, but now I'm the one with the appt and I am still the one being shafted). 10 minutes may not seem like much, until you realize there were three employees present and only two customers.They had the third hairdresser clock out and LEAVE while I was sitting there waiting, completely ignored. This Oasis would rather waste your time than let another hairdresser take care of their appointment, or even have the common courtesy of actually upholding their appointments they create themselves. Walk-in and get refused, make an appointment and also be treated poorly. Make an appointment here only if you have zero plans/obligations and don't care about your time, because they certainly won't.
