Responded extremely quickly, within less than 3 hours, to a rather emergent issue. Most pleasant to work with, left the area very neat and clean. Felt very comfortable working with these two gentleman. Would recommend them without hesitation!

Drain Terrier has been my plumber since before adopting the name Drain Terrier. Tracy and Gary have done a number of different repairs at my house and are always very responsive, personable, and professional. They are prompt, provide quality service, use quality materials, answer my questions, and teach me. During COVID, I had a leaky pipe. By phone, Tracy quickly walked me through turning off my hot water heater and draining the pipe. He and Gary wore masks, swept up using their own broom, sanitized their hands before entering and upon exiting, and completed the job quickly. Savannah is also prompt and kind in setting up appointments, taking payment, and providing a receipt. This is a company that I trust. I highly recommend Drain Terrier!

Gary is a fantastic man and plumber. He is a blessing when he walks into your home. He's very cordial, honest, a great conversationalist and takes absolute pride in his work. Gary explains everything from start to finish with payment and answers your questions through his experience and knowledge. Drain Terrier is a great company to use. From setting up the appointment to the time they left, they were very professional, kind, prompt, personable, and easy to work with. Tracy let me know what he was doing and kept me informed while doing the drain cleaning job. The guys wore masks, gloves and booties while working in the house.nAnd, they love dogs!nI will be using Drain Terrier again.
