We used ROX to install an in home humidifier. They came to mind first because they have a very catchy theme song that plays on the radio, so I thought I’d give them a call. They were very responsive, flexible on scheduling and even had a special going on for the humidifier. Our service tech, John was on time and really friendly once he arrived. Once finished, he walked me through the whole system to make sure that I understood how it worked and maintenance needs in the future for the system. I would recommend ROX to anyone needing HVAC service.

Garrison Proctor arrived after scheduled time frame for service call on 6/30/2020 without notifying us, told me he would follow up about the thermostat warranty and failed to do so. Garrison has not responded to calls/texts from my husband nor myself. We have no control over heat/AC, have a child and exotic animals that require regulated temperatures.nnUpdate: I increased my rating by 3 stars. Jason had Garrison come out the same evening as I posted my review. Service was performed and the thermostat was replaced without charge. Jason’s communication and customer retention is top notch. Thank you for everything!

When we moved here from Chicago three years ago Rox was recommended for installing a new furnace and water heater. That was the start of a lasting relationship. Top shelf service, accessible, responsive, with a professional staff. No one else we would ever consider.

I have used ROX Heating & Air several times. We have had ROX install a new furnace, hot water heater, and a new AC unit. Prior to having my old units replaced, we had ROX come out to service them numerous times. ROX has always provided friendly professional service and affordable pricing. They are always on time and very understanding to your specific needs. If you need honest reliable HVAC work done, ROX is the only company I would recommend.
