I have used Michael for the third time now. I always had great experience with him. He just replaced AC unit for my rental on Saturday. I called and left a message on Friday last afternoon and he called me back on Saturday and was able get to my rental property on the same day and completely replace the AC unit on the same day. He keep me updated few time during the process, which is great. Take few pictures for me after diagnosis the issue and send me a picture after the replacement was done. He even trim my bush around the AC, so I don’t have to drive to the rental property today. I will call him when I have some future AC and furnace issue.

Wonderful experience with this company. Michael was not only able to get us on the schedule quickly, but arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was able to attend to our concern quickly, and then went above and beyond expectations by thoroughly cleaning our fireplace, restoring it to near new condition. This was unexpected, and greatly appreciated. Cost was fair and quality of work was top notch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of fireplace repair/maintenance. A++!

Michael is great and was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and he was patient with me and answered them all. He also returned multiple times to check in on the product when my hot water felt off, never charging me for the extra time to check in. I highly recommend Heat Air LLC.

What amazing customer service! I Have nothing but positive things to say about this company. These guys went the extra mile came over to my house late one evening to see what was going on with my AC. It was unable to be repaired but they were able to install the new AC the next day before I went in and had my surgery. I found them to be reasonably price and could tell that customer service what is their biggest priority. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Michael is amazing, I was expecting someone show up at my house within couple days since my furnace won’t start when I called at 7:58pm and knowing this company close at 8:00pm. He said he is on the way home, but can stay by my house within 15 minutes, which he decide and find the issue within minutes and fix the issue and the price is very reasonable! Thank you Michael
