Morgan the store manager needs to work on her customer service.nThe counter girl who rang us up gave us two water cups for our kids meals due to them being out of the soda cups.nMorgan decides to yell across the store that we needed to pay for the water cups!!!nWe explained that they're out of the kids soda cups. However Morgan told us we couldn't use them that we had to get the drinks that were in the cooler for kids. This was ridiculous??nWhy waste the cups they had already given us to replace the cups they didn't have?nThen on top of everything she tells us we didn't pay for our food. However it was her cashier that hadn't pushed the button to process our card!!!nThen she yelled at us that we had to go sit in the back of the room to wait on food. I had no problem with this do to COVID-19. However a please or thank would have gone a long ways.n20 minutes later we finally get our food.nHowever there's food missing.nWe tell here this and she goes through our bag like we were lying? Its also on the receipt that had been taped to the bag. She proceeded to call out our order.Then returned to us saying the food had been voided off our order. Returned to us to tell us we were getting the missing food for free???nHello its on the receipt.nThis is unacceptable behavior you do not treat a paying customer like she did my wife and myself.

Would give them 0 if I could, I work down the street and was unable to leave so I ordered delivery. Ordered Mac and cheese with bacon. The manager called me to tell me they didn’t have bacon so I asked her to refund me for the bacon. She proceeded to cancel my entire order. I called back confused and asked her to fix it and have it delivered without the bacon. She told me I had to come pick it up if she did that. It’s not my problem that you messed up I shouldn’t have to come in when I can’t because I’m at work. I get it people mess up but if it’s your fault you need to fix it especially if you are a manager. Horrible service will never order anything from this store again. Store management needs to do something about this.

Morgan the manager is AMAZING!! I can't imagine the overwhelming stress of managing not only your private stressors that factor outside of work in the chaos of a pandemic but delivering unbridled, honest, and genuine customer service whilst managing a business on top of everything else right now! You are doing a wonderful job and are one of the many TRUE super heroes right now!!!! ud83dude0a Thank you!

Appalled at the service from this location and rude manager. Order my meal with no cilantro and paid for an additional side of broccoli. Picked up my order and got home to find it covered in cilantro and no added broccoli. Called and manager said she’s so sorry and I can come back and pick some up which she will have ready for me. broccoli is not ready and they order it as I’m standing there. I mention to the manager about the cilantro, missing broccoli and asked if they check their orders for which she says I’m so sorry you had a bad experience and “well there it is” in response to the broccoli. And with an attitude no less. I expected a better and with less attitude response than that and said saying I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back to the store to just pick up an item I had already ordered and paid for so she starts yelling at me that she hopes I have a nice evening. Loudly and heard all the way through the entire restaurant. Apparently to shut me up. I tried to speak over her yelling and she starts yelling louder and right over me “ma’am ma’am ma’am”. I just walked out. Was not about to keep addressing someone yelling at me across the entire store. Last time I’ll be going to that noodles. So inappropriate and so not the way to provide customer service.
