Fabulous experience from the phone-in order to the curbside pick up. The food was hot, fresh and yummy and the staff gifted up a giant rice crispy treat. Thank you!
Food is dry and meat is burnt, definitely going to south glen for the best noodles!
I got a to-go and the lid to my zoodle dish was not closed completely so the bottom of my bag was soaked and my car seat too. I didn't notice until I was walking back into my home and it was dripping all over my pants. Then I went to eat it and it was missing the spinach and mushrooms that come with the dish...and then my potsticker app only had 5 instead of 6... How high are you guys?f ***ing mind blown
Horrible. Got our take out order home. Pad thai eggs were mostly black from burning, 3 of 4 entrees were tiny and another pad thai with shrimp which though we paid for but none in the dish. Overheard the cook say out of shrimp. Well...I'm out of the money. Food was mostly inedible. One star was the lowest google would let me put down
The staff and food is good. Think their to go system is horrible. Ordered at 7:03 said 17 min it would be ready. 7:45 food was finally ready. Would have been faster if had gone into restaurant and ordered and waited for it. Everyone who showed up after I was there at 7:20 received their food before my order was ready. If a delay from time of order till the store receives it, they need to give better time for order pick up times.
