We placed an order to this location because our usual store did not offer an item we wanted. This location was next closest to our location. Subs were made with bread that was at least 2 days old and another sub (rib sub), rib was so hard and old you couldn't even bite into it. One of subs cleary says mayo and that wasn't put on sub. Ingredients was not fresh. We tried to reach out a couple of times to see if we could get them remade with fresh ingredients but no one would pick up phone, during business hours. Staff wasn't friendly as well. We landed up throwing away all 4 subs. We will never return to this location. We hope no one gets sick at this location. I took photos of subs but wasn't able to upload. Manager/ owner is welcome to contact me for photos.

The big lady who seemed in charge walled away as I walked in. Now even give me a second look. Walking by announcing it was cash only. Then obviously being disappointed that was not a issue for me. Rushing to her friends giving them free soda and cookies. Telling them she will make their food in a second.nA petite girl dark hair attended me until it came time to pay. Then the big lady stepped up to the register charging me $14 for a large soda and the new club(turkey, ham and bacon). I go to subways often. I think its because of the consistency an just the acknowledgement that I am there. Needless to say I won't be here unless it is a absolute last option.

Worst subway in my life I have been to better McDonald's in the hood rude af 45 min jus to order and when it's time to pay don't even have change don't ever come here

Their mobile app say what time the sandwiches are ready,,, it's says NOTHING about having to be there at that precise time, on Aug 16th,2020 I ordered 4 foot longs,,, 2 of the four sandwiches were toasted, when I arrived I asked if they had already toasted cause all of the lettuce was brown and limp, wilted,,, tomatoes were old & mushy 3 of my toppings weren't even on the sandwich, I ask for the manager for the Corp number, the employees were Speaking spanish and wasn't aware I knew spanish,, they continued to say very rude and inappropriate comments amongst each other,,including foul words,they would NOT remake the sandwhiches and refused to give me the DM name and number,,,nI'm, still looking for the correct number,nnI will 4 ever boycott this store & its employees

The two employees working Jan 8th at 5pm were amazing. I ordered 7 sandwiches for some staff at Lincoln and they were friendly and quick even though they had a huge line. Will be back.
