Things would run a lot smoother if the employees could use both hands to do there job. Instead they use one hand for there cell phone and the other hand to do there job.
The car wash is extremely bad. Don't waste your money and time.
The most rude staff I met! I went in to ask how much certain products were because not all were tagged and the man just shrugged and was being rude because of my race I’m sure and then commented on my age and my race. Never coming back to these jerks.
Diesel was affordable this day
I used the car wash on 09/25 before going to work. I looked at my vehicle after getting to work assuming that my vehicle was clean. THERE STILL WAS DIRT EVERY WHERE!!! I PAID $13 to get the car washed and I am very ANGRY!!! I complained to the customer service representative or what I thought was corporate, and I sent them pictures and my receipt less than 30 minutes after getting to work. At first the lady apologized but referred me to another area within their company. So I forwarded the same info to that email. It's been 5 days and no one has gotten back to me. IF I COULD GIVE SHELL A -10 STARS I WOULD!! I AM THINKING OF FILING A LEGAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM FOR THEFT AND MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES!!!!!
