A good place to go for vacuuming and washing. The automated washing tunnel is pretty long so it is worth the money. Car looks new afterwards.
Toni and Yuri were great showing me the different products they offer. I was really impressed with how well my car was cleaned. The vacuums took all the dog hair out of my car. The other service I use does not even compare! I will be switching my membership to this car wash! Thank you guys!!
I've been there a couple of times and I really liked it, just got my monthly pass, very affordable.
Great place to purchase monthly car washes. Vaccuumes work well. Even the cheap washes clean the vehicle look good.
HORRIBLE. Poor management. Poor workers. Poor car wash. If you pay for a membership, make sure that they're giving you the wash that you paid for monthly. Also, don't ever deal with Toni at the Federal and Kentucky location. She/He acts like they own it. And when you ask for the manager's number or owner's number she or he refuses to give it to you. If you have any problems and try to bring it to her attention, she/he will say that you are causing problems and that she will call the police on you. I have already contacted the owners. I will say, that when this location opened it was top-notch. But it has gone downhill very fast. Being a business owner myself, I would attribute that to having poor management, and lowly trained workers. And also no owner oversight.nnBTW - Toni - who thinks she/he runs the place said she was going to cancel my membership (with no refund) and call the police because I demanded to get what I paid for. What a joke...
