A Heavenly Taste Cakery

This has to be what a taste of heaven is like! I stopped by after hearing nothing but good things around the city since this place opened. Let me tell you I was not disappointed!! The owner and staff were very friendly and inviting. They gave me a complete rundown of the menu in detail, and explained all of the different services that they provide. I wanted to sample everything because it looked so delicious but I settled on the coffee cake cupcake. Simply put it was the best cupcake that I've even had. The presentation was of the highest quality and the taste was heavenly. If she could do that with a cupcake I can't imagine what she can do with a whole cake? First beautiful presentation they have ! I was so excited to get the Chantelly box for my husband on our anniversary but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I had been speaking with Amanda for two days regarding my needs and time of pick up but when I showed up for husbands anniversary box it was not available. Angie the sweet lady working at the front showed empathy and apologized but she didn’t have the items for the box and were pushing boxes back to 1pm vs 11 am. However she said they would figure something out like possibly delivery since it was my husband anniversary gift and I was on a time crunch. I left the establishment to pick it up my other gift and then Amanda sent me a message asking if I can come back to pick it since I was going to get his other present. I found that very unhelpful of her and unaccommodating since it was their fault. I darn right felt like she didn’t care about my special day. In the end I asked for refund and don’t recommend this establishment if you have something special planned. They are unable to make deadlines.
