I got to my condo and saw water leaking from the storage closet. I could see water spraying everywhere from the hot water hose on top of my hot water heater. Through a friend I was put in touch with Cesar and he directed me over the phone how to turn the water off. He came that evening at 5:30pm which I greatly appreciated. He put a quality copper pipe in versus the braided stuff. His price was affordable and I mostly appreciated his willingness to come late after a long day. I will use this company again. I've already referred him to a co-worker.

I had my furnace and water heater replaced and installed by Premier Building Services and also some ductwork replaced and had an absolutely excellent experience. Cesar was super friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced to top it all off. The guys he sent out to do the work were also very friendly, competent and professional and got the work done as quick as possible to get us heat and hot water! So grateful for these guys! Great experience all around! I will definitely keep their number on speed dial for the next time I need them! I will be referring all my friends to Premier Building Services, for sure! Premier Building Services came highly recommended from our long standing plumber who is nearing retirement. We needed a new garbage disposal put in but wanted to watch how to do it. Cesar could not have been nicer or more helpful in explaining the steps. He made it look easy but we know it is not. We are very happy to have a new plumbing, heating, cooling, drain cleaning, lighting and general repair service available.

Kitchen sink backed up and Cesar quickly made time for us. He arrived on time, quickly took care of the problem, and did all of this with a friendly manner that made me feel comfortable. I even took a video of him explaining the problem so I could show it to my husband! We finally got a bill, and the price was more than fair for the service we received. We are keeping this business card handy.

I was so impressed with my experience with Cesar. He came to my house on super short notice to fix my heat. He made sure we tried the lesser expensive route first so I wasn't paying for more than I needed to and he was SO FAST!! Very fair pricing and availability was awesome! I'll definitely be calling Premier Building Services from now on!
