Carolyn and Michelle did an amazing job on the phone helping me to figure out next steps based on my unit after I received a diagnosis and 8000$ estimate for replacing my condenser. We decided the best thing would be to get a second opinion from an expert since the system wasn't close to end of life. Jonathan arrived on time the next day and was able to diagnose the issue correctly and perform the repair and maintenance that was due for less than 900$. I couldn't be happier about Horizon's professionalism, expertise and customer/service focus.

From initial contact with Caroline, every step of the sale and installation was handled in a prompt and professional manner. Communication from Liz was excellent! Jonathan, Reese, and Jordan were courteous and professional throughout their workday. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend Horizon Services!

We have used Horizon for the past 15 years. They are top notch. They are able to clearly describe the issue system is having.. they have the parts on hand to repair. They are also ready to bring in extra techs and resources when the problem is discovered to be larger than a simple fix. They are thoughtful, professional and leave your house clean.
