SMT is flat out the best. I work at an assisted living with 55 units (aka 55+ sinks, toilets, etc.). SMT has been coming out for years to unclog all of these various items. They have even taken on the the sewer main twice!! Always friendly, timely and fair on the pricing. Couldn't recommend them any higher. SMT all day!!!
Purchased new house and the inspector missed fact that drains backed up when we ran enough faucets at once. SMT Sewer & Drain sent a rep out within an hour of my calling and an hour later had the drains flowing freely. Would use them again.
SMT came out to clean and inspect our drain. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I truly trust them to do right by the customer.
Shim and Kevin came out to inspect my sewer before I purchased my new home. They were able to get out to me pretty quick, were on time, and provided video of my sewer for me to take to the current owners. They were both courteous and professional. Would recommend to family and friends for sure.
Responded very quickly to a sewer back-up on a Saturday evening. Fixed the problem and called to brief me on the issues. Very happy with this company.
