I am a multiple trade contractor. I have used and recommended them for many projects. Some we didn't have time or the desire to do. Some past my experience or ability to obtain permits. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I have always been happy with the work and the pricing is extremely competitive. There are so many masters of trade that just don't care. There are others that charge enormous sums for work that I can and have done much better myself. The Cronen people have worked long and hard to gain the knowledge they have. Every time I have used or recommended them, they have applied their hard earned knowledge to the benefit of the customer. I rarely do reviews because frankly I'm rarely impressed with trades professionals in the metro area. These guys are the real deal. Thank you Cronen Plumbing and Heating for helping deliver the best quality service possible to my customers.
Called a few days in advance for a plumber to fix my toilet. On the day of, their plumber Carlos (super nice guy) called me 40 minutes before the agreed time window to tell me he's on his way. I love when I can plan on an exact time, so it was great he was so communicative.nnWhen he got there, he was wearing a mask (as was I), asked if anyone was sick in my house, and when I said no, he came in. Just great that he respected the pandemic regulations. Not easy to let strangers into your house these days.nnHe was in and out in less than an hour, fixed my toilet quick. Would def call them again!
The one star is for the polite young lady answering the phones otherwise it would be zero. I needed a job done so Sam came out and said he would get me a bid. Well after a month of calling them every other day I simply cant get them to call me back and give me a bid. After 6 weeks of them wasting my time I decided to leave this review. I guess this is how you get to act when you work for your Daddy!!!
These guys did great work and were responsive. Unfortunately I missed their snail mail invoice, so when I caught wind of the balance the first time via Kelsey's phone call, I asked if she could call me back in 30 because I was a meeting. She never called, but the next day I woke up to a voicemail threatening to put a lien on my property. When I called to confront her, she was incredibly rude.nnI've dealt with a handful of plumbers in the Denver area and can say there are others that are an actual delight to work with, so I would say avoid this one.
Carlos was prompt (even came early!) and worked hard on an alternate solution so that he didn't have to cut into my wall. I appreciate his ingenuity and thoughtfulness. I called about the cold water valve and he recommended we replace both while he was at it, I agreed. He also advised us on replacing our water hoses for our washer and explained why there was risk of them failing. We had just received a new washer and dryer and the recommendation from the installer was to keep the old hoses. I'm glad Carlos advised against it just to be on the safe side! Thank you for your quick work on our water valves.
