NO CALL NO SHOW 2x!!! Save yourself time and money and use another company. I scheduled sewer line maintenance at my business 8/8 and 99 Rooter failed to show up. Given that I confirmed the appointment the day before, I was disappointed. Scheduling sewer line maintenance necessitates closing the business for half a day, something no small business owner wants coming out of COVID. I attempted to give 99 Rooter another chance today (9/12) to perform the maintenance work and avoid a back up. I confirmed the appointment yesterday and for the second time, they were a no show. I just received a voice mail from Rod saying that they had another repair job today through early next week and must have forgotten to call me last night. Rod offered no apology and seem to have little care for a client of 3 years. He also suggested that I check my voice mail in case they called me yesterday and I failed to notice that I had voicemail. A business owner (again coming out of COVID) failing to realize that she had voicemail - nice try and totally insulting. I learned my lesson and I hope I saved you the headache of trying to do business with them.

Skeptical and cautious customer.nI am always nervous about using one of these teaser price outfits only to be pressured to spend a lot more once they are on site – I was Wrong. This place was professional when I called, they were able to schedule me the same day. They called 30 minutes out just like they said they would. I used this service for a rental; so I never met the technician; but I had been at the unit and knew there was an issue. So once Fred was on site the dreaded call came, of course he found additional issues, the bathroom sink drain was also backed up and he would rooter router this drain for an additional $69.00. To be fair this house is over 100 years old so getting the bathroom drain done as well only made sense and I did not feel any pressure more of a professional courtesy. My only suggestion would be to tell me what was causing the clog but I have to take responsibility as I was not on site, did not request this information, and did not follow up with the company to ask. Landlords just want this information always. I am adding this company to my preferred list for future reference.nnTom

I was charged $149.00 to clear the toilet drain. Since I could not get a receipt from the company I had to wait to see the charge on my credit card. I’ve been waiting for over a month for an explanation. My husband had already pull the toilet and tried to unclog the drain. When the plumber came I explain to him that my husband attempted to unclog the drain but was running late for work and had to leave.nnThe plumber was not able to open the drain so I had to hire another company to run a camera through that same morning. Therefore there was no need for this plumber to reset the toilet. He apologize for not being able to unclog the drain but did no additional work with the exception of looking in my basement at the layout of the pipes. He then told me I needed to have a camera ran through. These are difficult times and no one wants to be overcharged!

We called to have a plumber come out and check our backed up drains. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely patient and polite and gave me recommendations of things to look at and check for and to see if we can handle the issue ourselves before we have a professional come out. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely call them with plumbing needs in the future.

Extremely overpriced, asked multiple times for a quote to snake the main sewer line, was expecting $100 to $150 then east charged $400 for a simple job that took 20mins. The service tech was great but In was disappointed with the final price, if you have a main sewer clog hire another company.
