Incredible sandwiches and friendly, family owned place. Just moved close this summer and have been a regular lunch order since. Sometimes they aren’t open when you think they are, sometimes you have to call a few times. So what? It’s like calling someone’s house and having a home cooked meal, you can’t expect them to be there all the time. To me that’s part of the charm. When I don’t catch them, I’m more excited about lunch the next day.

There is so much praise I could bestow upon this place, I scarcely know where to begin! I've been a frequent customer dating back to when I was a kid in the 80s, when my dad would take me here for lunch in the summers. I've been going back consistently ever since. Tom, Dave and Emily treat customers like family and pour love and originality into all their creations. Every single thing I've had at Old Fashioned Italian Deli has been fantastic -- truly fantastic! Every ounce of freshly-sliced deli meat is selected to proportionately balance a given sandwich and obtain a flavorful harmony of perfection. (I remember talking to Dave about how long the 'Marilyn' was in the making before it was released to their menu; it was years... YEARS!). That's the sort of striving for perfection that is nearly impossible to find these days. Check them out if you haven't; you absolutely cannot go wrong with ANY of their food, and their warm, friendly service is second-to-none. This place is a gem through and though!

Love this place. Hidden gem. Don’t come if you’re hoping for a typical subway/jimmy johns experience. These are real east coast sandwiches

They're doing a curb side pick up only. You have to order through their Facebook page. No mention of this or their Facebook on their website that dated 2012. I had to find out this when I got there. It shouldn't be a quest to get a sandwich. I cannot comment on food. I will check it out when they fully open if I am still in the area.
