Absolutely zero customer service. We received the wrong order and they actually asked us to leave it on our porch so they could drive all the way here and pick it up and take it back to make sure it wasn’t correct because “we don’t make mistakes” they said - the food we did get delivered is dry and rubbery so 1 star there but the customer service gets them zero stars for just being dbags. Still never received our actual order.
We LOVE Bistro King! Their menu selections, portion size and quality of their food is excellent. And if you order delivery directly from them your food is delivered HOT! Thank you Bistro King for your continued outstanding service!
This is our favorite place for delivery. We order the crab cheese wontons every time and they are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had. We’ve ordered many different entrees and have never had a bad experience. They are fast, delicious, and always fresh!
Review soley based on delivery. They make you tip the driver b4 he gets here... Tip in cash so you can tip accordingly over an hour for delivery does not deserve a tip. i should charge back my 2 dollars but just want my food.
Nice scene for Chinese food. Visited near twelve, it was not full. I look forward to going back again. Prices were fair. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.
