Jessica the store manager is amazing! I forgot my chips when I left with my order and I called to ask if I could pick up after my shift. Jessica offered to walk over to my work and hand delivery the chips herself! Awesome job!!
I was double charged on my card and have been trying to get a refund for almost a week now! Every time I call the employees take my name and number and say that their manager will call me... it's been over a week now with not one phone call returned. I am now going through my bank which is a bigger hassle than it needed it to be... I would have happily taken a credit, arefund, a gift card... anything really. But got NO EFFORT from this manager at all.
Good location, great staff
The subway on Hampden and broadway was very clean and the employees were friendly. Everyone wore their masks and we're very helpful in ordering. The bread was fresh and soft! I will be returning to this subway from now on
We ordered dilivery, and they forgot ingredients and charged us for them. When we called to get refunded for the missing ingredients we got a very rude worker named Angelina. She told my mother that my mother was not the only person in the world. This was not warranted as my mother was simply asking for another way this can be resolved. If you get her, ask for a different worker.
