We’ve been in our apartment for a lil over a month dishwasher hasn’t worked since we moved in , the dryer half works and to top it off we put some things in the storage only to find out we can’t get back into it because our keys don’t work. We’ve contacted management to no avail.

I recently moved in this place, this place was ok for us since it’s close to our jobs that’s why we chose it, these guys gave in cleaned apartment everything nasty and dirty, they gave us excuses that with covid19 the maintenance guys wouldn’t come in but we were we’ve not moved yet, they vacuum the apartment cleaned up roughly then left it for us to move in. We requested for a maintenance online on their page till today nobody came in to even check for atleast getting a a quote of what’s happening not even a knock or a call to tell us anything. Am tired of renting umma buy my own house.

If you want to take this apartment for the price they are offering I suggest you look elsewhere, its a cheap place and worth is $650 for a 1 bedroom and not $800. The only good thing about the place is nearness to Spokane city center and who cares when you have a car!!!

Buildings on site have bed bug infestations. And told nobody about the problem until it was too late. Management changed 4 times over the course of one year and often failed to file paperwork and lease information accurately.

The manager is very friendly as well as very professional. Between her and the maintenance they make a great team! Thank you for doing such a great job!
