The key does not work most of the time to get into the laundry facilities. The manager is aware of this & has known for over a month. The last time I was able to get in to put laundry in but not to switch it to the dryer. I called & the manager came down to let me in from inside. She told me that she had had a locksmith out. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed yet. 3 different tenants tried to get in tonight & couldn’t.

We have lived here going on 4 years. There has been several managers here. We had an amazing one that got so much done and improved. She also got to know you and truly tried to take care of our needs. We have tried to be the best tenants we can be. She was let go and we have another new manager. We have recently moved into a studio apartment. The major complaint we have is our upstairs neighbor. There is constant noise from her and her dogs. She is disrespectful to us making known that she is being too loud.nnWe have made complaint after complaint. The neighbor is still here!!! We don't want to cause problems but why does she not have to abide by the given apartment rules.

Regret to share such a bad experience, but it needs to be said. We have lived at this Apt. for just over seven years now and are hoping not to have to renew our lease for several reasons. This complex is super old for the high prices and they are very small too. There is not enough parking especially if multiple people drive in the household. Does not help that I found out this area is crime filled and have had all five of my vehicles tampered with or broken into every year once or twice. So upset management staff changes all the time keeping you on your toes. Creepy people seem to be out in the parking lots watching you, there is supposed to be security and I never see them. I'm forced to check on my cars day and night, out of fear they will be stollen. Hard to get maintenance to fix issues, but recently they have tried to fix this. First year living here back in 2013 lease office got broken into and the creeps stole our rent check along with others. We were told to repay or we would be evicted into the streets. Only found out years later that this action was illegal and they could have been sued. So upset cannot wait to wash our hands of this place. Only a decent place if you need a place in a pinch for a short time.

Lived at meadowridge from 2013-2016. Maintenance was always prompt and willing to fix even minor things like batteries in the smoke detector or dishwasher not cleaning very good. That's huge because I have had landlords who don't want to fix anything.nnI cleaned the apartment thoroughly before leaving and let the landlord know that I had to abandon a couple pieces of furniture because I had no funds to move it. They didn't hold it against me, they simply took a small part of my deposit to haul off the furniture which I thought was fair. I got most of my deposit back. If you leave the unit how you found it these people will treat you right.nnStaff in the office was always friendly and professional. Overall I was very pleased with the apartment. Only reason I left was because the rent was going up to a rate I couldn't afford. I would still recommend them though as long as you can afford it.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 20 years....we have seen a lot of changes through the years....We recently got a new Manager and she is a real go getter....she and the maintenance man are trying real hard to clean things up here and make the Meadow Ridge Community a happy place to live for all that live here.....from what I have seen...she is a very hard worker and the times I needed to communicate with her because I had questions that needed to be answered....she was right there to help and she listened to what I had to say.....the manager and the maintenance man are doing a great job and I appreciate them. Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!
