Worst management I have ever worked with. Barbara and Desiree have no skills what so ever. It’s clear managerial education has never been a factor when it comes to their work. If they are in the office, ( which is rarely) they are with their loud, obnoxious and very aggressive dogs, or large amounts of children that all happen to be related to them. They are terribly rude, and would rather threaten a tenant than actually communicate.nnThe people there are loud and there are a few frequent flyers when it comes to emergency services. The bugs are terrible and the complex constantly smells like weed.nnAll in all, you'd be better off pitching a tent then renting a place. Don't take my word for it, look at the other negative reviews. It says a lot about these folks and that complex.

Mold issue in unit was never Taken care of properly. Management was well aware of issue would send maintenance guys to scrape wall off and say it was good to go. Mold would come back immediately would let management know several times and got run around on how it is a natural effect to the building. Maintenance man came and scraped it off the wall several times but have been waiting for a year and a half for him to come repaint the closet where he just put primer over it. Suggested about two years ago that they have the walls opened and inspected to find what the mold issue was manager said she was not going to do that because Servpro charged her $8000 last time.Also stairs broke going upper units for the past three months and has not been addressed and all amenities are closed and not able to use pool hot tub or gym for long periods of time at a time. Would not recommend anybody with children living here because of mold issues management says that it is a common thing in per unit. Also drug addicts riding their bikes in parking lot and around the surrounding areas do not recommend anybody with family or anybody that cherishes their valuables. It is perfume on a pig here and staff are not the friendliest and they try to make stuff seem like it’s your fault instead of trying to resolve the issues. Also when you walk into office management has little dogs that bark and growling like crazy and seem to be aggressive. They keep them behind a little gate but you cannot hear what is going on because of the dogs nonstop barking at you while you’re in the Office.

‼ufe0fDO NOT RENT HERE ‼ufe0fnWithin our time of living at these apartments we have been harassed non-stop by the apartment manager ‘Barbara’. She has let us know on several occasions that she knows who is in and out of our home, she asks our GUESTS if they live in our residence, she would glare at us from her apartment windows whenever we left the house if she wasn’t at the office. Multiple people that we have had over have asked why she’s so rude, unprofessional, and nosey. She has RUINED our experience in these apartments. We were also approached one day by a Avista worker who had informed us that while we were gone she called and tried to rushed them to come and turn off our power, this Avista worker also informed us that that is ILLEGAL! There are so many other occasions that I can list off as well where she’s made our guests and ourselves feel uncomfortable and attacked. Also, we know many current and past residence that can say the same when it comes to her manner and professionalism. Please do not move here.

Barbara and Desiree example the epitome of apartment management. I have lived at these apartments for six years. When I needed help and or needed something done it was always taken care of. These ladies are no nonsense. I call them the dynamic duo and I think if you're an owner of a complex these two should come provide training to your staff. As a pastor and assistant principal of a local high school, I know what customer service looks like and that is Barbara and Desiree. FYI, the only reason I moved is because I recently got married. There are so many positive affirmations I could give these two but I will leave you with this: River rock apartments with Barbara and Desiree at the helm is why this complex is successful. If they ever leave then River Rock apartments will be in bad shape. Finally, Barbara & Desiree thank you for all you do for this community. Be Blessed.
