Angel in the office is super sweet and very friendly! She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt that the property was quaint and very cute. Would definitely consider this complex when our current lease is up!!

Currently living here and this apartment is awful. They dont have enough parking lot for there tenants. Basically if the parking lots packed you gotta park your car on the side of the road (entrance). They dont give you the right or stable amount for your rent each month. Since i start living here my rent doesnt stay to one amount. It keeps on changing every month. Another thing is they dont give there tenants heads up about there new rules and all. Just dont feel safe and feel like home here.

We are currently living here and it is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. If you plan on moving in do it as a last resort and make sure you apply for a parking space when you apply. The dishwasher broke down very quickly, management is constantly changing and we've been on a waitlist for a parking spot for 8 months. We need to follow up on a daily if we want anything fixed in the place and they let other residents and their dogs get away with crapping all over the yard without cleaning it up. Honestly don't know how this place is still in business, there is no parking available and you get towed if your car is in the wrong spot, but if we parked our car as far away as they would like we wouldn't be able to hear the car alarm. These people don't care about their tenants and I only gave it 1 star because it doesn't allow for zero.

Been trying to call them multiple times for a long time about renting a 1 bedroom apartment! Nobody EVER returns my call! EVER! Guess they dont want my business.... After reading these reviews, its probably for the better!

Dont rent here worst place I ever rent here they dont care about the people here rent to much cause the conservice fees we complained about our neighbors downstairs Smoking pot and cigarettes in apartment it rises up in our apartment my kids have upper respiratory issues we tell the management team they dont care We liked Samatha when she was here nice person
