I had never registered the name Jeff Crane until today when I received a very unfortunate series of text messages. I would imagine most agencies would want this brought to their attention as they take pride in the professional treatment of your clients and prospective clients. I have been receiving daily auto generated emails with home listings from Jeff's agency and missed two attempted phone calls on 5/18 and 5/22. I received a text message immediately following a dropped call today(6/3/20) that my account was deleted from file. Fortunately, there are a number of reputable and respectful realtors in Spokane. While my interaction with Jeff was minimal and unsolicited, I felt this aggressive and highly unprofessional approach was worth documenting. (Note: There were two additional correspondences but I failed to document those before filing Jeff's number as spam).

Jeff is EXCELLENT to work with. He worked with my husband and I for several years to find the right, affordable home. Jeff is very professional, respectful of both hopes and concerns about home buying, and a great person. I would recommend him to friends and family. I have nothing but nice things to say about Jeff and felt I was an important client to him even though our price point was modest. I would give him a higher rating than 5 stars, if I could.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff to buy our first home, years later we are working with him again to sale and buy another. Jeff is professional and very patient. I highly recommend Jeff. He always seems available and is always quick to respond whenever I have a question. He will be our only realtor!

Jeff Crane is as plastic as you can get. Phony. Fake. I had two realtors to my home to see who I wanted to go with. He may be handsome but he's a snotty little brat.nnHe told me that his daddy, Rodger, didn't make him rich. So I guess Jeff started his own company in 1967.nnArrogant, rude, bad f'ing attitude and someone to stay clear of.nnRespectfully,
