Pines Terra and Manor Apartments

Love living here. Quick action on work requests. Friendly neighbors. Grounds well taken care of. Lots of activities for tenants and on-site service coordinator. The only complaint I have is there us not enough parking. I highly recommend this apt complex to other seniors.

You could not pay me to live in these apartments. I have a number of friends who live there, and they have nothing but trouble from the management company. I know the woman who had her food eaten, and TV left on by someone being in her apt while she was on vacation.nThe grounds are not kept up,except for the lawn. The bushes are over grown, and tenants are responsible for clearing their walls of ice and snow in the winter. The main walks are cleared with a path 12 inches wide, but tenants must clear from their door to the main walk. I know 3 tenants who have fallen in the last 2 years. And received serious injuries, but management denies any responsibility for the frozen sidewalks and dangerous conditions in the winter.nThere are inspections every few months, privacy is always invaded.nThis last winter the management tried to close the restrooms in the community center after 5pm, even though there were community events scheduled for the building. Their solution? Residents and guests would have to use one of the residents bathrooms if they needed to go. I called CCI and left an voice mail complaining about management and requesting they contact me. The response I got was a call from the management of Pines Terra, not CCI. Several others got the same response. A call from the manager whom they called to complain about.nThere is never enough parking there, yet management takes more and more spaces, and the closest ones to the offices and residences.nManagement has taken one of the two community centers for their offices, and many grants given to the complex to improve the community are spent by management on who knows what. The residents certainly don't see the fruits of them. Stay away or rent at your own peril.

I would give this 0 stars if I could, but that is not an option I have a friend that lives at these apartments, I'm not going to name names because I already know that that would cause her problems, but she is being threatened by the manager. I have emailed the owner, California commercial investment group incorporated, and had no response so obviously they do not care about their renters.nThis apartment complex is supposed to be for low income elderly or those with disabilities . My friend has only had a couple complaints about the apartment itself, the complaints are mainly the manager that will not fix things. For instance, my friend stated there was a water leak in one of her bedroom closets that made the carpeting all wet, not only did the manager say that it was her fault but Now she has a bigger hole from when the manager started to fix it but never completed the project. In addition to this my friend has also caught the manager in her apartment while she's been gone, she has come home certain nights and found that things have been moved around her apartment and not where she left them, my friend lives alone she does not have a roommate she does not have anybody that would move anything on her and the only other one with the key is the manager.nOne weekend my friend went to visit her daughter down in California and when she got back there were dirty dishes in the sink that were not there when she left, and her TV was on which she knows she had shut off before she left the apartment. I know of a couple complaints that have been sent forward and soon as someone figures out who the manager is the complaint disappears, this is wrong you need to get a new manager on this site right away if you want your renters to stay happy because the manager that you have not only invades your renters privacy, but I'm pretty sure is also stealing from your renters. My friend knows one woman at this apartment complex that the manager actually made up a story about her in order to a Victor, I've had the chance to meet this woman and there is no way that she would not have picked up her dog's poop but she's being evicted for this reason. Did I mention no proof.........not fair housing. .....

I worked here before and there are great people living here and the management company owns the building. They are fantastic. They really care about the people and they actuallt put money into their apartments to keep them well maintained and looking decent. I took off a star because parking and signs need improvement.

A lot of riff raff going on here, thievery and drugs. Tons of homeless people wandering through the grounds. Not a save place for the elderly and disabled people to live. So stinking sad
