Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I’ve used them twice. They have been very helpful and explained the issue and process to me. They explained what to do going forward of issues arose also. They were very fast with the repair.

These folks were great. At almost five pm I submitted a request for a next day morning appt through the website, and they called to confirm the time within 30 minutes. I got a call when they were on their way and they were even a little early. Took him about 30 minutes to clear and clean out the basement line that was backing up all over the floor. He was professional and respectful, asking before using sinks etc. Prices were lower than I was expecting. Will absolutely use Roto-Rooter again if I need and I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Mark came out and saved the day! He was early, very polite, informative and overall made the process a pleasant one. Cleaned the area and asked if there was anything he missed that I wanted cleaned. If I ever need to call again (sure hope I don’t though) I’ll be requesting Mark.
