Jeffrey's is that little jewel tucked away just off of the main drag, and their service was outstanding. I needed a part to repair a 27-year-old microwave, and they had it in stock. Not only were they patient and helpful, but were very clear to explain that electrical parts weren't returnable, to set expectations. Now, before you might think that's unreasonable, let me explain why that makes better service. If someone (not you) bought a part and mad a mistake installing it, and smoked the part without knowing it (or heaven forbid knowingly returned the old broken part as a new part), then you, the unsuspecting next customer, might buy that part and be in for a whole lot of frustration. Jeffrey's looks bad, you're mad, and you still don't have your appliance repaired. So that's why electrical parts are guaranteed until you go out the door when self-installing.nnOn the other hand, Jeffrey's not only has fair prices, so if you do make a mistake, it won't kill you for the cost of tuition to buy another and do it right the second time; they also will charge a very reasonable inspection fee if you bring it in, but they will credit that towards the cost of the repair, and if THEY smoked an electrical part, you don't pay for it. And they WILL guarantee any electrical parts that they install, so your appliance now works, and everyone is happy. So in either case if you are handy and can do it yourself, or if you'd like to put it into the capable hands of Jeffrey's technicians, they are the place to go to get your appliances back up and running, or to buy a new one if old bessie has washed her last pair of overalls.nnLast word: good parts selection, great repair service, friendly service folks, and they stand behind their business.

Great place to have service done. They'll try to work on all appliances new or old. They always try to find the middle ground between making profit and giving customers a fair price. Sometimes parts get ordered wrong and things get misdiagnosed, that's just the way appliance repair is. Schedulers always try to push appointments up to get customers taken care of. Parts manager and front desk know exactly what they are doing. Great ownership. Highly recommended!

Took my mini fridge in because the fridge part was not getting cool. Paid them $40 to do nothing more than plug it in and tell me nothing is wrong with it. Took it home, still wasn't working. Then took to another appliances repair company that didn't charge for an estimate and they actually fixed the problem. Jeffrey's will rip you off.

Called 9/28 for washer repair and waited for the first available appointment today 10/12 from 10-2. No call and no one showed by 3. Called Jeffrey’s and found out they were short handed and running behind. No phone call to advise. Phone calls go a long way when you re-arrange your work schedule for the entire day. Not recommending.

Called to get an electric walk oven plugged in and they charge twice as much as anyone else to install a simple wall oven. 2 people 2 hours over 400. Buyer beware!
