Very rude!! When I was explaining something the lady that answered accused me of yelling and threating to put me in jail. I simply was trying to explain my reason for calling and she has a power trip. Wow just wow

They are extremely slow running. Somewhat professional but i hear the officer at the front desk cursing (jokingly I guess) to someone on the phone. Be processional. As a teacher I'm definitely shocked. I think the officer at the front desk has mental problems. The wait to pick up items is too long. You will be sitting there waiting for hours, possibly listening to a loud unprofessional officer at the desk.
