Wyatt was actually 30 minutes earlier than the appointment window- which was acceptable. Better early than late! He was thorough, honest, experienced, quick & personable. I will definitely ask for him for my next plumbing call. He also pointed out an issue with the drain pipe from the kitchen that our inspector missed before we bought the house in December 2019. It will be an expensive fix (over $500) for us but Wyatt said it's not urgent, but needs to be done soon to avoid (further) damage.

Adam was wonderful! We needed our sewer line flushed and serviced prior to closing on our house sale. He was informative, prompt, and quickly completed the job. I was able to schedule the service online two days ago and they had great availability. Would definitely use them again if we were not moving across the country!

Kevin, the technician was on time and so helpful, despite it being 10 degrees in the snow - and the clean out line was under the porch. This is really a 24-hour business and I recommend them highly. Really helped me out when the sewer line backed up into the house in the middle of a very cold night.

I generally do not make comments on websites, I this instance I feel obligated to make a post. I received first class support Roto Rooter. There are multiple companies in Colorado Springs. Do not so yourself a disservice by selecting another company! You willnbe IMPRESSED with the service I received. Excellent service! I am at a small disadvantage because I cannot recall the Gentleman’s name, he was awesome. For the company’s record, may house is in Peyton. This Gentleman deserves a raise, he is a “keeper”! Outstanding!

This Roto Rooter came to my rental home the day after I called them. They sent me pictures of the work with clear details for me to view what they had performed. The technician was friendly, efficient, and very helpful with my property manager. I am very impressed with a business that answers a call so quickly, remedies the cause for the call, and sends me immediate feedback and pictures for me to view. Great company!
