What a great place! We were happy that we could visit and be safe. The exhibits were fun and informative. A great gem and mineral collection, with so many wonderful pieces. The Art of the Brick did not disappoint! So pleased with our visit :-)
Amazing place to visit, all the exhibits look great and unique in its own way. Besides, it seems to be very useful to visit this place even for purely educational purposes. Indeed a very cool museum, I think I will come here more than once with my friends. You can walk here and just relax, and at the same time enjoy something really unusual.
I spent most of the time at the Gems and Minerals exhibition. So much fun and beautiful gems from around the world. My favorite was the aquamarine and did not know it was Colorado's gemstone. The largest one was found in Colorado. Also, the sky terrace has the best view of the Front Range I have ever seen, breathtaking!
I love this museum! I grew up going here often. It was a staple of my learning and childhood. I always love the gems and minerals and the animal exhibits. I also love the rotating exhibits. They have all been wonderful and unique. I do wish you could go to some of the “special” ones without an extra cost. If I’m going to spend money on admission I would like to be able to see all of the museum. But regardless it is a fun place to visit. If you are visiting it’s a nice place to visit, especially if you have kids. Your guaranteed to have a few hours of fun.
I have been coming here since I was a little boy with my Father and know I'm taking my own boy here. The staff here are always so nice, helpful and welcoming. The Museum is full of so much to see from animals across the world, to plants, gems and minerals, and the special exhibits are a must see! Although they do cost extra on top of a general admission or member ticket but usually the exhibits are well worth the little extra money spent. Overall love this Museum and will forever be supporting and donating, its a great place for kids and families and full of fun and education. I highly recommend stopping by if your in town and of course coming if you live close by!
