This place is horrible, I just found a hair in my sandwich. The employees there are not wearing hair nets and dont even put their masks all the way on. I'll never go there again.
Unlike the subway on Holly and leetsdale, these employees were very friendly. I got my usual sandwich and requested some extra toppings as well as extra dressing and as usual the employee was happy to oblige with no hesitation. I will be spending my money here as they appreciate their customers and are very pleasant!
Ordered food around 6:45 online, showed up to the store at 6:55 to find the open sign turned off, door locked, the majority of the lights off. Waited around and eventually left with no food. The employee shut the store down early and didnt want to let anyone in even though my order was made 15 min before store closed. Tried calling local store, no answer ever. Sent multiple emails to customer service and nobody has gotten back to me after 3 days. Subway has stolen money from me and won’t return it, thank you.
After having some very disappointing encounters at 3 other subways in my area, I have finally found a good one! Laurie was amazing! The store was clean and she was super accommodating. Best customer service at a subway EVER! Thank you Laurie!! I will definitely be back! AND the salad was perfect!
This location is great. Lunch and dinner lines are long sometimes. Staff is nice and very helpfully. Restrooms are hit or mis on cleanliness but kid friendly.
