My husband went in to get two sandwiches for us for lunch today. The women working here were incredibly rude and unpleasant and even though my husband ordered a large sandwich, after waiting 20 minutes for our order, when we unpacked it they had given him only a half a sandwich and both sandwiches were very light on toppings. They were more concerned with dishing out attitude than getting the order correct. Jersey Mike's in other locations are great but I don't recommend going to this location.

November 7th 130pm. Placed an online order for 3 sandwiches. Every sandwich we picked up was made wrong. Wrong breads and wrong ingredients. Do not order online from this store!!!! Terrible service. Almost returned to get my money back. Too bad because we do love Jersey Mike's.

Big fan of Jersey Mikes. But this location could use better training for employees. Seems like every time I go in employees are picking fights with customers. Last time I went in I was told to leave store as too many people were in the store at once, but as I walked in someone walked out. I tried reaching out to corporate with no response.nI welcome the “Jersey” attitude if it can be backed up with quick service for a true experience but that is not the case.

Service is typically above par. This place has a nice design. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I loved.

I just had a similar experience to R. Gonzales today. Went to grab lunch today. I did not have a mask with me at the time. In the case of this Jersey Mike's location, masks are not required to enter the establishment. To the staff, do not berate me under your breath, discussing how irresponsible I am to not have had my mask. If your establishment does not require it I am therefore allowed to enter without issue. Your opinion on my mask situation is completely irrelevant. Masks continue to be controversial in their effectiveness, even within the scientific and medical communities(feel free to do your own research as I have), so unless it is required for me to enter, do not complain and pretend you are superior for wearing yours. I won't be returning if this is the manner in which I expect to be treated as a paying customer.
